Best of Babies! York and Leeds Newborn Photographer

My Lifestyle Newborn Photography

I shoot beautiful, un-posed photographs of newborns and older babies around Yorkshire, all shot in a natural style in the comfort of your own home, capturing your new family as you really are at this special time.

Hello! Hope you’ve all come out of the storms unscathed? Roll on Spring, that’s all I can say on the matter!

I’m usually sharing wedding work on here but I’m still busy with newborn and family photography during the week too, so I though I’d share a little blog post to show some of my favourite newborn images from the last couple of years.

You know me: there’s no awkward posing or weird set-ups with baskets and headbands. I think you want to remember what your beautiful baby really looked like; how it felt to stroke their little cheek; how you could fit their tiny feet in your hands; how they used to pucker their lips like that, even the smell of their soft hair.

I just LOVE these shoots! We completely go with the flow led by your baby’s needs and mood on the day. You’re probably a little camera shy, but don’t worry, with a gorgeous new baby to stare lovingly at, it’s a piece of cake and your pictures will be beautiful and full of love!

I’ve recently changed my package offering a little and added some more products. To have your images in print around your home, or in a beautiful album, is just the best way to enjoy them, rather than being stuck inside a computer! More info. here.

If you’ve got a baby on the way, please get in touch, or let your pregnant friends know! I know all too well how quickly that precious early time goes, so it’s amazing to capture some beautiful images if you can.
